Becky Wilk – Managing Director

As Managing Director, Becky provides technical leadership and oversight for environmental permitting and compliance efforts across the firm. She supports complex permitting strategies, regulatory coordination, and quality control to ensure projects meet environmental requirements and move forward efficiently. Becky has nineteen years of experience in environmental consulting, teaching, and fisheries. She likes home improvement projects, breweries, watching the Chicago Bears, and spending time with her husband and two kids in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Josh Mace – Director of Permitting

As Director of Permitting, Josh serves in an advisory capacity, providing strategic oversight and regulatory counsel for environmental permitting and agency coordination on infrastructure and development projects. He supports clients and project teams by evaluating permitting pathways, and identifying regulatory risks early, and advising on compliance strategies that keep projects aligned with schedule and objectives. Josh has twenty-two years of experience in environmental consulting, scientific research, and construction compliance. He is an enthusiastic outdoorsman, loves to travel and spend time with his wife, three kids, and grandson. He lives in Bedford County, VA.

Jake Irvin – Director of Ecology and Natural Resources

As Director of Ecology and Natural Resources, Jake specializes in field operations and site investigations. He leads ecological surveys and on-the-ground assessments to deliver practical, science-based insights that support project planning and resource protection. Jake has nine years of experience in environmental consulting and forestry. He is an avid outdoorsman and appreciates visiting national parks with his wife and friends. Jake resides in Floyd County, Virginia.

Lindsey Hues – Director of Environmental Compliance

As Director of Environmental Compliance, Lindsey specializes in Virginia on-site construction compliance under NPDES, erosion and sediment control, and Clean Water Act requirements. She partners with project teams to simplify regulatory requirements and keep projects moving responsibly. Lindsey has five years of experience in environmental consulting and finance. She enjoys reading, true-crime podcasts, and finding new places to eat in Richmond. She lives in Ashland, Virginia with her husband and three dogs and loves to cheer on the Philadelphia Eagles.
